A superb performance from our lads saw us go five points clear at the top of the table - a fantastic way to start the new year. We had eagerly awaited this game, a chance to cement our position as division leaders. Confident, energetic and dominant throughout the first half, Recreativo turned on the style. Waiel stood out as Man of the Match tonight, not only bagging all six goals, but putting in such a brilliant performance it can not be long before his beloved Arsenal come knocking!
However, five up at half time, we were a little disappointed to only get one extra goal in the second half. Maybe we were getting a little greedy hoping for double figures. Still, Regents had barely three shots on goal the whole game. Another clean sheet for Milvydas and another three points for the Under 13s. Well done all involved.
